"As part of our iStart business incubation program, we select each year 20 to 25 start-ups that have the potential to breakthrough (inter)nationally," says Danny Goderis, iMinds' Acting CEO. "The 56 project proposals we received for the first call of the year - as well as the quality of those submissions - show that iStart has found its place in the Flemish business incubation scene. Moreover, we notice that the entrepreneurs are getting better prepared. Selecting only six start-ups was a tough thing to do - but we're now really looking forward to developing a successful growth strategy with each of them, as we did with previous iStarters such as Graphine, Posios and neoScores.”
